Key areas are design, manufacturing installation of energy saving equipment, environmental protection equipment water pollution control equipment systems; Technical consultation, technical services, technology development technology transfer of waste water treatment technology; Engineering design, installation, commissioning construction of waste water treatment project; Design manufacturing of gas compressor equipment; Promotion of energy-saving technology; Design, manufacturing, selling of pharmaceutical machinery, centrifuge, drying machine, metal pressure vessel. Main products of the company are centrifuge, MVR evaporation system, multi-effect evaporation system, steam compressor, laser plate falling film evaporator, Nutsche filter, pressure vessel, equipment manufactured by special material such as titanium/zirconium/nickel etc. At the same time, as professional centrifuge manufacturer, the company continuously develops high-tech content top quality products which is conform to GMP standard has a high energy efficiency. 項目總投資1.5億美元，選址在泰興黃橋經濟開發區，新334省道北側、鹽靖線西側、軍民路南側、永豐路東側，計劃用地300畝，總建筑面積125000平方米，建設周期為2年。新購生產、檢測設備如下：日本東芝鏜銑中心、德國希斯立式車削中心、德國希斯臥式車削中心、數控水力切割設備、數控激光切割設備、全位置管板自動焊接設備、操作機系列自動焊接設備、縱縫系類自動焊接設備、環縫系類自動焊接設備、X光探傷室、超聲波探傷、磁粉探傷、光譜分析儀等共計156臺套，設備來源主要為國產，關鍵設備引進國外先進生產設備。

Total investment of the project is 150 million US dollar the address of the project is Huangqiao Economic Development Zone in Taixing City which is located at north of new 334 provincial road, west of Yanjing Road, south of Junmin Road east of Yongfeng Road with construction area 125000m2 two years construction period. 156 sets main equipment are as follows: Toshiba CNC boring milling machine imported Japan, German Schiess vertical turning center, German Schiess horizontal turning center, CNC hydraulic cutting equipment, CNC laser cutting equipment, full position automatic pipe plate welding equipment, operator series automatic welding equipment, longitudinal seam automatic welding equipment, circular seam automatic welding equipment, X ray NDT room, UT room, magnetic powder inspection, spectrum analyzer etc. Most of the equipment are domestic key equipmet are advanced equipment imported foreign countries.

醫藥化工行業廣泛采用由蒸汽作為熱源的單效、多效蒸發器不僅能耗高，而且成本也很高。而本項目公司生產的MVR蒸發濃縮系統能夠利用電能轉化為機械能，并實現蒸汽的循環再利用，從而有效降低能耗、節約成本，在當前環保意識不斷增強的環境下，具有很好的市場發展前景。目前公司的品牌已經躋身同行業領先水平，在國內具有較大的影響力，產品在市場的占比也處于領先位置。公司的業績遍布全國各省份，在醫藥化工行業領頭企業中被廣泛應用，如山東新華制藥、浙江新和成醫藥、江西兄弟醫藥、河南新天地藥業、湖北興發集團等。公司也積極發展外貿業務，產品遠銷俄羅斯、伊朗等地。本項目利用公司研發的MVR蒸發濃縮等系統，擴大本公司的生產產能，為污染排放重點企業如醫藥、農藥、化工等企業提供污水處理設備，項目的完成是企業持續健康發展的重要舉措，是實現循環經濟和可持續發展的環保項目。項目完成后，實現生產規模年產環保及制藥設備3200臺/套，解決當地就業人員300名，年銷售收入12億元，實現利稅1.5億元。

But the MVR evaporation concentration system developed by our company can transfer power energy to mechanical energy realize the recycling of steam so as to reduce energy consumption cost which has strong market potential in our country. At present, the company's brand has entered the leading level of the same industry, has a greater influence in China, its products occupy a leading position in the market.
